Todd L. Parchman

Prior to founding Parchman, Vaughan and Company, LLC Mr. Parchman managed the investment banking effort of Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. and served on its Board of Directors. Mr. Parchman started his career as a banker in the First National Bank of Chicago's First Scholar program. He later joined Norwest Corporation and ultimately became Senior Vice President. After Norwest, he founded Signet Investment Banking Company and served as its Senior Managing Director.

Mr. Parchman received an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago and a B. A. in Economics and French from the University of North Carolina where he was a Morehead Scholar. Mr. Parchman serves on the President's Advisory Council of Stevenson University. Mr. Parchman is a former Trustee of the Culver Educational Foundation and the Youth Outreach Foundation Inc. Mr. Parchman has recently served on the boards of The Education Industry Association and the United States Lacrosse Foundation. He has also chaired the Advisory Board for the Baltimore City Campus of the School of Continuing Studies at Johns Hopkins University and served on the Baltimore City Board of Finance. Mr. Parchman has taught Corporate Finance and Negotiation at Johns Hopkins and St. Thomas College.
