(NASDAQ: NLCI), a leading operator of private preschools, elementary and middle schools, has officially completed the acquisition of the Camelback Desert Schools in Scottsdale and Paradise Valley, Ariz. The Paradise Valley campus is the oldest private school in the greater Phoenix area. Together, the schools serve children from three years old through eighth grade. This is the first Arizona acquisition for the national education provider, which has also retained the staff and administrative personnel at both campuses.
