Prior to forming M2P Capital inearly 2002, Mr. Manning was a partner at Thoma Cressey Equity Partners andformed its Denver office in 1997. Mr. Manningco-founded Green Manning & Bunch, a Denver investment banking firm, in 1988and was a partner there until 1997. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President in charge of CorporateFinance and Director for Boettcher & Company, where he chaired itsInvestment Committee and served as a director of its private equity funds. His early career included senior corporatelending and management positions with the First National Bank of Denver andFirst Chicago.
Mr. Manning serves as a directorof FirstBanks of Colorado and CheyenneCapital Fund. He is also a formertrustee of Westwood College. He is atrustee and past chairman of the Denver Area Council of Boy Scouts and served onthe board of the National Council of Boy Scouts. He is a trustee and vice chair of TheColorado College and serves on its Investment, Governance and VisibilityCommittees, as well as trustee representative to the Athletic Board. He also serves as a director of the Air ForceAcademy Foundation, as a director and past chair of the Economic Club ofColorado, and is a director and past president of The Hundred Club of Colorado. He is a member of the Tower Club and ColoradoThirty Group. Mr. Manning also served onthe boards of the Culver Educational Foundation, St. Joseph HospitalFoundation, Metro Denver Executive Club, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado.
